NOTE FROM DEVELOPER:

Hello fellow gamers! Just wanted to chime in here really quick. Our systems gave us some issues, and as a result, the submission deadline crept up on us quickly. Although the submitted version of our game is incomplete, we hope to be able to update the game following the deadline and really deliver the experience we were hoping to create with this one.
In any event, I am incredibly proud of my team for pulling together and delivering great work, even though it hadn't come together completely by the time submissions were due. Until we update it with the music, sfx, and story, some of our amazing art and assets are available to view in the screenshots!

GAME DESCRIPTION:

The latest Beta release from Mouse Jump Boop Studios, a tale of faux-feline fright and radical rodent rhythms: “A Lark in the Park After Dark” stars miniscule mouse Matilda making a marvelous attempt at rescuing her older brother Marcus over the course of three (count em, three!) levels. 

Bounce to the beat, braving your way between broken down ‘bots to cross the fairgrounds, slink through the arcade, and defeat the boss, proving once and for all that Stealth/Rhythm is a totally viable and awesome genre that everyone should enjoy! 

The original soundtrack by some guy called Skyler and also someone named Emily, probably, is a total bop-and-a-half! Check it out!
